Public (public or professional) discussion of the draft regulatory legal acts is carried out on the basis of the principles of open and independent participation of legal entities and individuals in order to implement the principle of regulatory activity transparency, obtain public or professional (expert) assessment of legal norms contained in the draft, as well as to determine compliance of the draft regulatory legal act with public expectations for possible subsequent draft adjustments.
