Business visit to Tianjin

Within the period fr om August 26 to August 31, 2024, a visit of business circles of the Republic of Belarus to Tianjin, People's Republic of China, took place. It was organized by Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the assistance of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Tianjin Council, with the aim of developing Chinese-Belarusian relations.

During the visit, the participants visited Tianjin International Machine Tool Exhibition, negotiations with representatives of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Chinese company BMT International Co., LTD took place, wh ere issues of promoting the purchase of Chinese equipment, opportunities for Chinese companies to participate in purchases in Belarus were discussed, and the problem of making payments to China was also touched upon and options for solving it were proposed.

The Belarusian delegation also visited a number of enterprises in Tianjin, including manufacturers of precision machining machines Haofeng (Tianjin) Intelligent Manufacturing Co., LTD, CNC machines LEHMAN (Tianjin) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., high-tech paints and coatings Tianjin Jinhai Special Coating Decoration Co., Ltd, a large state-owned company producing stainless steel and sheet metal New Tianjin Steel (NTS) Decai Technology Group. As a result of the visit, a number of agreements on the production and supply of equipment, components and metals for Belarusian enterprises were reached.
