Expanding cooperation with India

On February 11, a meeting was held in the Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of India in the Republic of Belarus Rajesh Kumar and representatives of the Indian company for the recruitment of labor in India for work abroad, Kyrgyz-India Global LLC. This company is a leading provider of personnel solutions, providing a wide range of qualified workers to meet the needs of enterprises around the world. Registered and approved by the Ministry of Labor of India as a certified agency for the selection and consulting abroad, specializing in the selection of Indian labor.

The meeting was attended by Belarusian enterprises interested in using hired labor from abroad. Among the participants were enterprises in the construction industry, manufacturers of textile and bakery products, manufacturers of building mixtures and metal products.

The Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of India in the Republic of Belarus Rajesh Kumar noted that cooperation between India and Belarus is developing in many areas, labor is one of them.

Gennady Leonidovich Cherny, Director General of the Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, noted that the Mogilev branch has experience of cooperation with the Indian side and is currently working on organizing a visit of Belarusian business circles to India in the second half of 2025 in order to develop trade and economic relations between the two countries. The topic of hiring labor from abroad is generally not typical of the activities of the chamber, but if today it is needed by enterprises of the Mogilev region, the chamber is ready to assist in holding such events, including online.

During the meeting, negotiations were held with the Indian company Kyrgyz-India Global LLC and a discussion of the conditions and requirements for hiring labor from India.
