Cooperation agreement between the BelCCI and the Tyumen Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry

An agreement on cooperation between the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Union "Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Tyumen Region" was signed by the Chairman of the BelCCI Mikhael Miatlikov and the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Tyumen Region Olga Ezikeeva following a meeting of the Working group on trade, economic and scientific and technical cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Tyumen Region of the Russian Federation.

The agreement provides for assistance to organizations and entrepreneurs in the development of business ties, expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation, joint organization of business missions, business contacts of entrepreneurs, holding exhibitions, fairs, seminars, conferences and other events in Belarus and the Tyumen region, exchange of commercial proposals for trade and economic interaction, lists of potential partners, information about congress and exhibition events, assistance in opening joint ventures, information centers, interaction between the BelCCI and the Tyumen Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the field of international arbitration.

A meeting of the Working group on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation was hosted by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Belarus. Chairing the meeting were Viktor Karankevich, Minister of Energy, and Vladimir Cheymetov, Deputy Governor of the Tyumen Region.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the BelCCI noted that the agreement with the Tyumen Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry will allow reaching a new level of interaction between the two organizations. "We use our potential to develop and strengthen interregional ties and economic relations between business entities, and provide the necessary assistance to business circles for their participation in business events held both in the Republic of Belarus and in the Tyumen region," Mikhael Miatlikov said.
