Webinar "INCOTERMS" and its impact on the conclusion and execution of a foreign trade transaction

On July 30, 2024, Mogilev Branch of the BelCCI organized a webinar on the topic "INCOTERMS" and its impact on the conclusion and execution of a foreign trade transaction. Examination of quantity, quality and completeness as a tool for protecting interests in the execution of foreign trade contracts." 

The lecturers were PhD in Law, Head of the Department of Legal Support and Digital Technologies of the BelCCI, arbitrator, member of the Presidium of the International Arbitration Court at the BelCCI Vitaly Vabishchevich and Deputy General Director for Examination and Certification of the Mogilev Branch of the BelCCI Sergey Nikiforov.

The audience was informed about the legal nature and problem of applying INCOTERMS, a detailed analysis was conducted and the main errors in the use of delivery bases were analyzed, and recommendations were given. Also during the webinar, the main features and errors in the acceptance of goods, types and examples of examinations for the acceptance of goods by quantity and quality were considered.
