
A webinar "Requirements for the organization and carrying out of sanitary and hygienic expertise of food products shelf life in the framework of the national legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including export supplies" was held on July 15, 2021.
The topic was covered by Natalya Vladimirovna Tsemborevich, Candidate of Medical Sciences, RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of Hygiene".
During the webinar, the following issues were considered:
• requirements for establishing food products shelf life, for sampling for sanitary and hygienic expertise of shelf life,
• methodological approaches to the sanitary and hygienic examination of food products shelf life,
• state sanitary supervision and production control of food products shelf life
30 specialists from enterprises of the Republic of Belarus took part in the webinar.
