is holding an auction for the sale of the following object.

Organizer of the auction: Unitary enterprise for the provision of services "Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry", Mogilev, Tsiolkovsky st., 1.

Venue of the auction: Mogilev, Tsiolkovsky St., 1, bldg. 112, Unitary Enterprise "Mogilev Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry ".

Lot No. 1 is sold without conditions on bidding in the form of an open auction using the method of increasing the starting price, with a step of 5 (five) percent fr om the previous price named by the auctioneer. The winner of the bidding is the participant who offers the highest price.

Legal entities and individuals who have provided the organizer of the auction with the following documents within the timeframes specified in the notice are allowed to participate in the auction: an application to participate in the auction; copies of constituent documents (for legal entities) and a registration certificate (for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs); a power of attorney for a representative of a legal entity (except in cases wh ere a legal entity is represented by its director); an application to familiarize themselves with the documents, the property being sold, and the procedure for holding the auction; an agreement on the rights and obligations of the parties in the process of preparing for and holding the auction (in two copies); a copy of the payment order for making a deposit, certified by the bank. The deposit is transferred to the current account of the unitary enterprise "Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry " current account No. BY88ALFA30122641790010270000 in ZAO Alfa-Bank , Mogilev, BIC: ALFABY2X, UNP 700016628; individuals - present a passport; other documents in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for organizing and holding auctions for the sale of objects owned by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus, organized by the unitary enterprise "Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry".

Term of conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement between the seller and the winner of the auction (buyer) - within 10 working days after the auction.

The term of payment for items of trade under the terms of the concluded purchase and sale agreement.

The auction will take place on May 22, 2025 at 2.00 p.m. at the address: Mogilev, Tsiolkovsky St., 1, office 112, Unitary Enterprise "Mogilev Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry".
