Unitary enterprise "Mogilev branch of BelCCI"

On May 28, 2024 at 14.00 conducts bidding for the sale of the following property

Property owner: Unitary enterprise "Zapad-Transnefteprodukt", Gomel region, Mozyr district, Mozyr, Kotlovtsa str., 29, NIP 400084287, tel. for inspection of objects of sale: 80236240551.

Bid organizer: Unitary enterprise for the provision of services "Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry", Mogilev, Tsiolkovsky str., 1.

Venue of the auction: Mogilev, Tsiolkovsky str., 1, room 112, Unitary enterprise "Mogilev branch of the BelCCI".

Lot No. 1 is sold without conditions in an open auction using the method of increasing the initial price, with a step of 5 (five) percent from the previous price named by the auctioneer. The participant who offered the highest price is recognized as the winner of the auction.

Legal entities and individuals are allowed to participate in the auction, providing the organizer of the auction, within the time specified in the notice, the following documents: application for participation in the auction; copies of constituent documents (for legal entities) and registration certificates (for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs); a power of attorney to a representative of a legal entity (except when a legal entity is represented by its head); an application for familiarization with the documents, the property being sold, the procedure for conducting auctions; agreement on the rights and obligations of the parties in the process of preparing and conducting bidding (two copies); a copy of the payment order for making a deposit, certified by the bank. The deposit is transferred to the settlement account of the unitary enterprise "Mogilev branch of the BelCCI" account No. BY88ALFA30122641790010270000 in CJSC Alfa-Bank, Mogilev, BIC: ALFABY2X, UNP 700016628; individuals - present a passport; other documents in accordance with the Regulations on the procedure for organizing and conducting auctions for the sale of objects owned by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus, organized by the unitary enterprise "Mogilev Branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry".

A standard sales contract, technical certificate, and photo of the tractor are posted on the seller’s website www.mogilev.cci.by

The term for concluding a purchase and sale agreement between the seller and the winner of the auction (buyer) is within 25 calendar days after the auction.

The term of payment for the items of the auction on the terms of the concluded contract of sale.

The auction will take place on May 28, 2024 at 14.00 at the address: Mogilev, Tsiolkovsky str., 1, room 112, Unitary Enterprise "Mogilev branch of the BelCCI".

Application deadline: from the date of publication of this notice on working days from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 15.00 at the address: Mogilev, Tsiolkovsky str., 1, office 112. The deadline for submitting an application is May 27, 2024 until 12.00.
