Mogilev region expands cooperation with Andijan region of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On February 19, 2026 Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a roundtable discussion on expanding inter-chamber and trade and economic cooperation between the Mogilev Region of the Republic of Belarus and the Andijan Region of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Participants discussed prospects for joint projects in the areas of export, import, and investment. The Uzbek side expressed interest in importing Belarusian agricultural machinery and lumber, offering footwear, textiles, and pharmaceuticals in return. There is also interest in opening a cattle farm in the Mogilev region.

Particular attention was paid to expanding chamber cooperation. Agreements were reached on further steps to establish direct contacts between regional enterprises.
