The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has opened a new business course of the educational project "Export Academy".
The theme of this year's program is "New Opportunities under New Conditions". Managers and specialists of enterprises and organizations of various spheres related to the promotion of exports of Belarusian goods and services will be trained in 14 thematic modules with updated content on all areas of export activities in today's realities.
The new "academic year" The Export Academy was opened by Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Denis Meleshkin and Director of the Business Training Center of the BelCCI Elena Khoroshevskaya.
Denis Meleshkin emphasized that the "Export Academy" is an established brand for the BelCCI, Belarusian enterprises, and participants. Year by year, and this is the seventh time the business course has been held, the interest to the project is not decreasing: "Over the past six years, more than 1700 representatives of export-oriented enterprises have been trained. This year, about 20 participants have signed up for each of the 14 modules". According to the Deputy Chairman of the BelCCI, the key to the project's success is that the program is not static, it is changed annually pursuant to the "spirit of the times" – the international market requirements, the doing business conditions. "In particular, this year we have introduced several new modules, for example, on branding of goods, which is especially important in the current Year of Quality, because the brand plays an important role when we talk about the quality of goods, manufacturers," Denis Meleshkin said.
In turn, Elena Khoroshevskaya, Director of the Business Training Center, emphasized that the business course and its modules cover the entire export cycle of enterprises' work on entering foreign markets: from developing a strategy, market analysis and assessing the feasibility of a new market to communications, negotiation process with partners, B2B sales techniques, logistics. "A separate module is an international meeting protocol. Besides, an important module is dedicated to working within the Eurasian Economic Union and the innovations that are being introduced for our enterprises," Elena Khoroshevskaya said.
After the opening ceremony, the Export Academy continued with the first module, "Marketing Strategy Development According to Modern Standards". The listeners will learn about the main elements of the marketing system in the organization, strategy formation and strategic decision making, secrets of making a quality marketing plan.
Training on the program "New Opportunities under New Conditions" will be held at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry until December 19. The peculiarity of this year's business course is its interactivity: participants will be able to discuss real situations and share their ideas with experts and colleagues.
