Certificate of Origin of Goods
BelCCI is an authorized organization for issuing certificates of origin of goods in the Republic of Belarus
Registered Exporter system (the REX system)
Registered Exporters System (REX) used in Norway and Switzerland has been introduced in the Republic of Belarus since June 01, 2020.
According to the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) of Norway and Switzerland, which includes the Republic of Belarus, the goods exported by the national companies to these countries are subject to lower customs duties. In order to confirm the origin of the goods a Declaration of the Goods Origin included by the exporter in the invoice, shall be used. In such a case the REX-declaration shall contain a unique registration number of the company in the REX System.
According to Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 26, 2020 No. 236 “On registration in the Registered Exporters System” the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry does the registration in the system, as well as changing of registration data and revoking of registration.
In order to be registered in the REX System the exporter needs to contact the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Unitary Enterprise and submit the following documents:
- Application for obtaining a Registered Exporter status
- a copy of the Contract for Supply and Delivery of Goods (if available)
- a copy of the Act of the Goods Origin Examination
