The Translation department of Mogilev Branch of the BelCCI Unitary Enterprise offers consular certification and apostilization of documents issued in the Republic of Belarus.
For a document to enter into legal force in the territory of another country it should be legalized, which means authentication and confirmation of the authority of the agency or official issued these documents. There two options for documents legalisation: consular certification and Apostille.
Apostille - it is a special stamp confirming the legal force of the official document issued in the territory of one state in another state, provided that both states are parties of the Hague Convention of 1961. Apostille certifies the authenticity of the signature, the capacity of the signatory, and, if applicable, authenticity of the affixed stamp or seal.
It ought to be noted that the Apostille must be put on the official documents in the country of their origin. That means that the documents issued by the authorities of the Republic of Belarus can be apostilled and legalised only in the Republic of Belarus. Apostille can be put either on the originals or on the notarized copies.
Please note, that the Translation Department has no information about foreign organisation’s requirements related to the content and form of the documents to be provided to them. This information should be acquired by the customer directly at the institution located in the destination country or the embassy of this country.
